- I was contacted and thanked by the CQC in May 2015 for persisting with complaints about Roseberry Park LD hospital using locked seclusion to manage wards and in one case resulting in nine hours of blood-smeared seclusion. The NMC later protected the hospital by finding me guilty of "complaining without the abuse victims consent". Further contact has revealed the NMC to be using its authority to protect such services to the extent of tampering with evidence and creating false investigation findings whilst ignoring evidence of real and serious abuses. The conclusion suggests a willful promotion of abuse confirmed by evidence for opportunities to intervene ignored whilst claiming its purpose to be public protection.
